In CMD prompt kind (Taskmgr)
It will open task manager. currently move to “process” tab and realize “Setup exe” Right click on setup.exe and choose “Set priority”
You will see a cascading menu. Here priority are going to be traditional. choose priority to (High)  or higher than (Normal).
Done.
